What this site does. You give us a link to a recipe and we publish commentary on it: scores, specific findings that quote single lines, and a link to the original. We never republish a recipe.

Authors and publishers. Recipes belong to whoever wrote them. Every scorecard credits and links its source. If you are the author or publisher of a recipe and want its scorecard removed, email hello@recipescore.co and it will be removed, no questions asked.

The completed recipe. When offered, it is written in our own words with the gaps filled and checkpoints added. It is for your own kitchen; do not republish it.

Cooking. Scores and findings are opinions produced by a documented method. You are responsible for safety in your kitchen.

Your email. If you leave an email, we use it to tell you about the completed recipe for the recipe you asked about, and nothing else.
